Unknown-Shutdown state on a Slot for Viprion Device

We have observed one of the slot on our F5 Viprion device as blue square " Unknown(Enabled) -Shutdown : got signal 15 stopping".   Can anyone please help us to determine what was the problem with...

Did you check the logs for errors ? Just enabling it should bring it back online, if there are no hardware errors.
