Mar 01, 2017Can you provide part of your configuration? Virtual server and the iRule used for universal persistence?
You need to have an HTTP profile in the virtual server, to be able to process the cookies. You need oneconnect, or LB::detach, to make sure the load balancing decision is made in every Layer 7 request. Otherwise, 2 clients coming from the same connection (via a proxy for example), would go to the same backend server. This solution explains the problem:
