unable to untar the qkview archive on ihealth site

Hi,   I just created an qkview file from my f5 vm test machine , i uploaded on ihealth (100% success ) but when try to untar it / i got the following exception :   The file is not a QKView ...

when i did from CLI , it worked . the only difference was that on GUI on support page i select also to do also tcpreplay on a interface .
