Hi All,
We have upgraded Physical F5 to virtual from 16.1.x to 17.1.x but after upgraded we are not able to network maps on F5 through our remote auth ID but works from Admin account. getting error message " No objects in this partition"
we have tried below solution but no luck.
tmsh restart sys service restjavad restnoded tomcat httpd
2. tmsh list / sys httpd all-properties - we don't have include " none"
Thanks & Regards,

Hi Sonu,
Thank you for reaching out to the DevCentral community. I've searched for a history of cases within F5 that is similar to your issue, and i found out there are similar situations that other F5 users experienced.
Occasionally, the BIG-IP Admin Utility TMUI fails to function correctly and produces the error No objects in this partition. This occurs when the BIG-IP REST Daemon restjavad fails to start up properly. Understand that you've run 2 commands and it didn't work. Can I then suggest that you run these commands, and see if it works?
bigstart restart restjavad
bigstart restart restnodedA knowledge article that F5 TAC engineers suggest to users that is closely related to this is,
K15519229: Error getting auth token from login provider

Hi Mo,
Thanks for the reply. I have restarted the restjavad and restnoded services but still same issue.
bigstart restart restjavad
bigstart restart restnodedWe have tested the latest ver 17.5.1 on F55VE but the issue persists. It only works from admin account and occasionally for specific DS IDs.
Thanks,
Sona.
