Unable to ping my f5 VM and GUI can only access with :8443

Question

Hi all,&nbsp;I am new to deploying f5. I cant seems to ping my f5 ltm IP on my computer cmd. And also my f5 ltm GUI can only be access with :8443 , is this the reason for it to be unable to ping and how do i fix it. I am trying all sort of methods but couldnt fix it yet.&nbsp;

stephenlee88 Do you have any information on the hypervisor that you're using an your virtual VLAN configuration for the management network that the management interface of the F5 sits on?

Hi Paulius,&nbsp;Thanks for the replied, I am currently use vsphere, and I am not too sure to check the configuration, I am able to ping other ip in that gateway except for the particular ip i assign to my f5 cant be ping.&nbsp;

stephenlee88 Without a bit more information on the virtual appliance and hypervisor configuration it makes it difficult to assist any further. You might need to open an F5 TAC for further assistance.
