Unable to patch irule in transaction

I have created an irule named DNSrule, and I want to patch it by API in transaction. The following is my steps.

 

(1) create a transaction.

 

(2) modifying the transaction. After that I can get the commands of the transaction.

 

 

(3) commit the transaction. The response code of committing is 200.

 

 

After those steps, the first command in transaction was executed well. However, the second command wasn't executed, and the DNSrule was not changed!

 

Does the /mgmt/tm/ltm/rule API support transactions ? Why does the /mgmt/tm/ltm/rule API not being executed in transaction?

 

Any help?
