Unable to parse traffic through on Link Controller to ASA firewall

When an external user tests, they "hit" the LC but it doesnt want to parse traffic through to the ASA firewall. Public IP 41.x.57.x to LC_ DMZ IP 172.x.230.x The following ports need to be opened / allowed. TCP : 22, 25, 53, 80, 443, 1125, 10000, 11000, 30000-32000. UDP : 53, 123. However, everytime we test, we can see traffic to the F5 LC but not on the ASA........
