i get the login page and then it gives me the error
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@webmaster@BIGIP.corporate.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Try to restart tomcat4:
bigstart restart tomcat4
If it's still the same, it would be better to create a case with F5 Support.

Alok_3817Alright, the best way to do it is a full services restart that should solve the issue
The HTTP/S console is normally controlled by 2 processes
1. httpd
2. tomcat
to restart a service execute bigstart restart httpd and bigstart restart tomcat
And if you want to cycle all services, just bigstart restart. Before doing or restarting the service please check what the status is, using the bigstart ststus
Do check for the logs in /var/log directory for unexpected log messages, this will help if you have to escalate to f5 support
