Unable to login on web console

    Hi,

    for reset config:

    tmsh
load sys config default

    for chage to admin password:

    passwd admin

System defined password should accept but not sure why not taking by F5. Can you try if GUI has disabled? 

show running-config global-settings
 
OR
 
list global-settings

Can you reactive license and try
