unable to log ticket
Hi, I have a DevCentral account. My company is F5 customer. How do I log a ticket? it seems I can not log a ticket with my devcentral account. is there any way to convert my devcentral account to a F5 account or partner account? Regards Zahir

If your company is a F5 customer, you would have an F5 account manager too. You can ask him to link your company email id to your f5 devices. Or when you dial into F5 support number, they will ask for serial number of the F5 device, they can raise a case on your behalf too. Also you can ask them to link your company email to the company account, they will send you a confirmation mail, you are required to reply to it and then it gets added.
This is based on my experience, they can be some different procedure too.
On the other hand, its good to have your personal ID as devcentral account and not raise cases with that. Because you may switch to another organization at a later point and lose your devcentral account access.
And its good to not use company's mail id's in forum.
