Was the Internet access what cause the error message? We are deploying the CFT and the Instance Creation Failed on Bigip3NICInstance because a similar message you received.

Thanks for any help on this. I also think this is because the instances has no Internet Access for activating the licencses, as I am deploying BYOL instances.
