Unable to boot up BIG-IP 3400 load balancer.
Hi all, currently I'm unable to boot up one of the load balancers. The load balancer is designed in active-standby which enable to fail-over. I have try some methods such as plug in and out the power supply and change cables. The load balancers are not under warranty already. Guys, I 'm seeking any methods to boot up the faulty BIG-IP 3400 or at least I can gain the data inside the faulty load balancer.
Thank you.
Hi ybloi,
to troubleshoot your problem further you basically have to connect a console cable to your box and observe the boot process to see where it stops.

Via console you may also enter the EUD (End User Diagnostic) to check your hardware.

If the boot loader can't find a bootable partition, you may also try to enter the F5 Disk Erase Utility to check if the hard drive is accesible (do not erase anything, just check if the utility displays you a disk).
