Unable to access GTM Management URL with FQDN Name after applying SSL Certificate

I am new to GTM and today I have applied valid wildcard SSL certificate to GTM Management URL. After applying SSL certificate I am unable to access URL with FQDN name, but I am able to access GTM Management URL using its IP address, how to resolve this problem?
