Can anyone point me to accurate documentation of the
valid events for iRules handling UDP traffic? Eg.
what the following events mean when used in UDP vips:
CLIENT_ACCEPTED, CLIE...

The list you're getting in the Wiki is going to be the best documentation around at the moment. I know it can be a little confusing as it references many of the same events that TCP uses, but these are the correct events. Basically, anything that deals with the connection at a connection level (CLIENT_ACCEPTED, CLIENT_DATA, SERVER_CONNECTED, CLIENT_CLOSED, etc.) will all function with UDP.
I know it's a bit of a rough distinction, and it's a good suggestion to put together something a little easier to follow. I'll make sure that stays on our list of things to add to the site.
In the meantime, if you have specific questions, don't hesitate to ask.
