So after installing the correct version, my error now matches the one mentioned in the article below: https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K30692731

 

I have followed that article and I am still getting this error:

 

BigIP emerg load_config_files: "/usr/bin/tmsh -n -g load sys config partitions all base " - failed. -- 01070307:3: Invalid interface 1.3 Unexpected Error: Loading configuration process failed.
