UCS Backup Suddenly Failing

I am suddenly getting an error on one of my BIG-IP vCMP units when I try creating a UCS archive file.   Saving active configuration...   sh: /var/tmp/cs_save_pre_script: Permission denied Error...

Permissions does looks good. I'm unable to find any articles related to 12.1 though. You may wanna run a qkview and upload it to the and see if it picks anything.
