What types of algorithms are available in F5 (LTM/GTM) and how we can conclude that which is best to use for different types of application like web, database, hybrid etc. ? Need all this information in details.

The conclusion which cipher should be used in these days, is more or less dictated by Qualys SSL Labs (almost every penetration tester are using their recommendations for their reports). You can scan your website by the Qualys SSL Labs free of charge and see what they are complaining here...
