Trying to understand the model of an F5 box

Folks,

I want to confirm the model of an F5 box we have, this is the output I received when I hit a "bigpipe platform" command.

[root@big-ip:Active] / bigpipe platform PLATFORM INFORMATION -- | Type C36 | Chassis: serial bip******s | 200 Level part number: 200-0252-07 REV B | Switch board: serial PCA0103MW797 part PCA-0103-03 REV C | Host board: serial TC7FF27A0343 part MOB-0017-05 REV A | Annunciator board: serial 714CF063319 part OEM-0029-07 REV B | BIOS rev: Unavailable | base MAC: 00:01:D7:69:A1:40 +-> CPU 1 temp 53degC fan speed 6420rpm | | CHASSIS TEMPERATURE | (1) 50degC (101) 37degC | | CHASSIS FAN | (101) active (102) active (103) active (104) active (105) active | (106) active | | POWER SUPPLY | (101) active [root@big-ip:Active] /

I understand that this is a BigIP LTM 1500 and should have a 1G memory, please correct me if I am wrong. Also how do confirm the memory in the device?

Regards, Nik
