Trying to make irule Stream replace with carriage returns..

I'm hoping for some help with forming the regex to match the following:

and replace it with:

However, everthing I've found on Stream replace is only for single lines.

I am using the default template from https://devcentral.f5.com/wiki/iRules.STREAM__expression.ashx
