Traffic through put very very slow and loss of connection in HA pair
My setup is guests running on viprion 2400. Two chassis with one blade, guest on each running as HA pair with 11.6.0. build 401. The units have been working fine but today traffic didn't flow as expected. As a test I forced offline primary and the now active guest saw traffic flowing as expected.
Once switched over the ltm log on the now active box started filling up with HA Connection with peer ... established. On the now standby guest the ltm log showed the connection lost then connection established continually.
Whilst the primary unit was active it never showed any errors in the ltm log.
After rebooting the primary the HA pair was established correctly and when made the active box it again works as it should.
Does anyone have any idea what might of happened please?

Did you ONLY configure HA on the guests and configure the hosts as standalone?

I don't know about the hosts, I will find out and report back. What is your thinking?

I've been told many times by many people at F5 to not configure the hosts HA because it creates odd behavior for the guests. Was just curious if you were seeing the same thing.

Can you provide the error logs ?

Unfortunately no but all they show is a continuous lost and established ha connection on the now standby with ha connection established on the active.
