Traffic Learning Section Stuck Loading After TMOS Upgrade to 17.1.1.2
Hello,
I recently upgraded my TMOS version from 16.1.4.3 to 17.1.1.2 on our F5 device. After the upgrade, I noticed an issue with the Traffic Learning section in the ASM (Application Security Manager) module.
When I navigate to Security ›› Application Security ›› Policy Building ›› Traffic Learning, the section appears to load indefinitely when I try to view illegal suggestions. It seems to be stuck in a loading state, and I can't access the learning suggestions as I could before the upgrade.

Might be worth checking 17.1.1.3 and the more recent 17.1.1.4 release notes as well to see if that issue has already been in addressed in those versions. I know in my lab which is on the 17.1.1.3 Build 0.12.5 ENG HF does not experience that issue yet that I have seen.
Also you could take a look at your logs (ltm, messages, tmm, asm) and recreate the issue and see if anything notable shows up. Such tomcat, restjavad and or asm processes having issue or dropping a core file. A lot of times when I run into Web Gui issues, always seems to be tomcat or restjavad having issues and typically giving them more memory helps. But just depends on what the logs show.

It looks like a Bug in the new version, I recommend you restart the ASM Process in the standby unit with the command
bigstart restart asm
If this doesn´t work it´s probably that you have to open a support case to receive a hotfix to solve this issue, is common to get a hotfix from support for features like the OWASP top 10 dashboard.
