It looks like a Bug in the new version, I recommend you restart the ASM Process in the standby unit with the command
bigstart restart asm
If this doesn´t work it´s probably that you have to open a support case to receive a hotfix to solve this issue, is common to get a hotfix from support for features like the OWASP top 10 dashboard.
