    Would the following work for you:

    tmsh -q -c "cd /; list /apm sso saml recursive" | grep -E '(idp-certificate|saml-profiles)'

    ?

What do you get with just this:

tmsh -q -c "cd /; list /apm sso saml idp-certificate"

?
