tmsh: "terminal is not fully functional"

I am getting the following warning when trying to run 

list sys global-settings all-properties
via a tool with a "dummy" term:

WARNING: terminal is not full functional
/var/tmp/tmsh/xxxxx/data   (press RETURN)

My first question is are you are able to set the TERM environment variable via tmsh? If not, what can I do to avoid this warning? I don't get this warning on all commands, just some. Seems very weird. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

    EDIT: Seems to work fine without the `all-properties` directive and also works fine (even WITH the `all-properties) interactively.
