TMSH Command to convert keys to FIPS in v10

In V10 what is command to convert exiting keys to FIPS using TMSH ?

    I do not recall doing this in on the tmsh on the 10.x, it was through GUI always. If your version is 10.2.4, the tmos would be present. Before 10.2.4 it was all b commands.
