TMG replacement with F5

Hi Experts

 

I would like to know if F5 LTM module alone is sufficient for TMG replacement or do we require APM module as well ? We are currently doing reverse proxy on TMG along with end user authentication . The forms are placed on TMG machine for OWA access. Kindly advice on the same
