NimbostratusTMG Replacement with F5
Hi All, The customer says that they have used TMG only for DDOS and hence wants similar functionality, which calls for a WAF/ASM. However, the deployment guides talk about APM/SWG for TMG replacement. While I have seen many posts regarding TMG to F5 replacement, can someone please comment on replacement of TMG with F5 module and what modules they have used and why? Is WAF sufficient in this instance for like to like migration? Many thanks, Vidhya

TMG was a product which can do several functions:
- firewall : BIGIP module is AFM
- load balancing : BIGIP module is LTM
- authentification : BIGIP module is APM
- rewriting : BIGIP module is LTM or ASM or APM
- SSL offload : BIGIP module is LTM or ASM or APM
which features are enabled on TMG?
