TLS version 1 .0 need to be disabled on single URI rest all work as it is

I need help to disable TLS version 1 on a single uri. All other URL should work as it is. I tried by SSL profile switching base on URI with below irule but it is not working with Chrome.   when...

Try in this order:

SSL::session invalidate 
set cmd "SSL::profile /Common/ps1_clientssl" 
eval $cmd 
SSL::renegotiate enable
SSL::renegotiate 
pool ps_pool
