We had a customer saying they were getting occasional timeout issues when hitting our internally hosted web service, but we didn't see anything in the logs on the Linux box inside our firewall.

Jun 10, 2014if you can capture the problem packet, it could be great but i think it won't be easy.
what about trying to log request and response?
