TIMEOUT SETTING ON PROFILE
Hi Team,
I have an AIA server on my F5 load balancer which operates in Active/standby state. Of recent we realised that the AIA is very slow and the error message given is as thus.
null oracle.fabric.common.FabricInvocationException: Unable to invoke endpoint URI "
I contacted oracle on this and was advised to increase the timeout settings on my load balancer but after increasing the idle timeout from 300 to 600 and updated the configuration, i realsied that it went back to the default setting of 300 second.
Please i need help. What am i doing wrong, even after re bouncing the APP, it still slow. To check balance takes ages.
Your quick response will be appreciated.
Thanks

As per your above statement, can you provide the VIP configuration and profile configuration which is applied to the VIP?

Cirrostratus
go to Local Traffic->Profiles->Protocol->TCP->Select the custom profile "AIA_tcp-wan-optimized"->Time Management-click custom->change value of Idle Timeout from 300 to 600->Click update
Do the same for AIA_tcp-lan-optimized
