TimeOut LTM

Hi DC,   We have one application and I increased tcp timeout to 1800 secs. But still they are getting timeout within 2 mins..   Can you suggest me please and thanks in advance.

VIP config? profiles list and config? Did you make packet capture? Who is dropping the connection? We are not wizards.
