Time Kiling

Hi,   When I am using it is taking me to load the page 44Sec but when I am using the https:VIP IP taking 1.50sec to load.   What is the reason and any suggestions on it ?

Yes the backend IP address. It is taking 44 sec when I am launching the application. But when I am using VIP IP it is taking to launch the application 1.50sec
