If you have a valid support contract, you are not limited to a number as long as the subject of your cases are related to technical incidents.
For pure question or evolution subjects, I don't know their politics.

Aug 09, 2017You must check with your local partner if the software is under valid support contract. When you buy a product from F5, you have the first year that should be included.
As I told you, there is no restriction to open cases with F5 support as long as it is real technical incidents.
