Thanks for the quick response. The status of the pool members in SCOM are just a white circle where as they are up/available on the F5. Ironically in SCOM the VS is up with a green check even thought there are no green pool memebers available in the VS. The name-port in SCOM shows PXC-ROID whereas on the F5 it is tcp/4004. This morning I removed the 2 LTM F5's from SCOM and then ran a new discovery for each and I'm still seeing the errors on the F5.
