The connection has been lost. Attempting to reconnect your session

Hello Team,

 

Once connected in VPN, the user is frequently facing the issue like "The connection has been lost. Attempting to reconnect your session" and the session get disconnected.Then user login again and after some period of time the issue re-occurs.

 

Please find the below snapshot for the same.

    Did you using localdb?

     

    How long times user connect in vpn connection before disconnected? Is it around 10 minutes?

     

    If yes, please check "lockout interval" in local user db >> manage instances. You can set to be 0 for indefinite. The default is 600 seconds.
