TCP Monitor Not Working

I am trying to duplicate a Cisco ACE probe:

 

probe tcp PROBE_DB port 3306 interval 5 faildetect 1 passdetect interval 5 connection term forced open 3

 

On the F5, I have created this monitor:

 

PROB_DB type TCP alias service port 3306 All the other settings are left to default

 

Monitor on the ACE works but does not on the F5.

 

I am sure it is just my ignorance. Am I missing something obvious?
