tacacs not working

Hello I have tried to impliment Tacacs using GUI on F5 6900 10.2.4 it failed and now I cant login with local or tacacs credentials . I still can login using root crentials through command line . Is there any way I can delete the tacacs config on the box . Thanks for help

    i have removed config using "bigpipe system auth source type local" but I am not sure why the config failed , if anyone can advise please
