syslog to remote server for local3

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to send the ASM logs only to a remote syslog server (Cisco MARS) when I am running 9.4.3.

 

 

The syslog-ng.conf file can not be edited on 9.4.2 and up and the 'bigpipe syslog edit' command can only be used to edit "all objects that you use the command syslog to create." per CLI_guide_943.pdf.

 

 

Can anybody help me?
