Synthetic Monitor for Oracle E-business Suite

Hi Everyone,   Is there anyone using the Synthetic monitor for monitoring the oracle server in their environment. Any level of help will be highly appreciated.     Regards,

Hi Techgeeeg, you will need to clarify and specify. "Synthetic monitor" is not a term I have heard before.
