Synchronization HA Failure -

Dear Guys, 2 big IPs LTM1 & LTM2 are connected via switches. they are not able to ping each other anymore. we checked the ARP table on each of them, LTM1 has all the mac addresses but LTM2 ARP table is empty. could you please advise how to troubleshoot and fix the issue ? thanks. Jean
