Sync recommended message occur

Hi   I did not do the config is modified. but occur sync recommended message.   why occur the message? and Is there any other cause?

it means the config changed.

 

done by someone else perhaps? a script on the background? there can be many reasons. which version are you running? specially with the older 11.x it used to happen a lot for no specific reason.
