Sync GTM with different OS than master GTM

I have a GTM in production running 11.6.0 and configured a new GTM with 13.1.1. I ran the gtm_add script and the process ran, but it doesn't show that it is in sync. netstat _anp | grep 3d shows that...

Per K13703, you should not run a version of big3d that is older than the BIG-IP software version for the system. It's OK to run a newer version, but not an older version. Given the disparity between releases though (11 to 13), I still recommend reaching out to Tech Support for guidance.
