Sync GTM with different OS than master GTM

I have a GTM in production running 11.6.0 and configured a new GTM with 13.1.1. I ran the gtm_add script and the process ran, but it doesn't show that it is in sync. netstat _anp | grep 3d shows that...

You want to upgrade the big3d version on your v11.6.0 system to the big3d version on your v13.1.1 system. It should be located in the /shared/bin/ directory. You can copy the v13.1.1 version to your v11.6.0 system (make a backup of the existing version first), then restart big3d. The article I linked to has instructions in it. If that still doesn't clear things up, then we can take it from there.
