SYNC FAILED: Caught configuration exception (0), Can't load monitor instance tcp:8184 - ltm/validation/MonitorRule.cpp, line 1606.

any idea how to overcome this situation without switching over to the standby or doing a reboot of the active device in the device-group?

Known Bug on 11.3.0 HF6
