Unfortunately I still get an error:01070277:The requested vlan, vlangroup or tunnel(internal106) was not found when I try to sync both chassis together.

have you searched "internal106" in config file?

 grep internal106 /config/bigip*.conf

if nothing is found, may you try to force mcpd to reload config?
