Support ID Issue

Hi all,   I am using F5 ASM module, one of my clients get a support ID but Unfortunately I am not able to find the support ID on the search filter.   Please advise.   Thanks

Hi CJunior,

 

My F5 box is integrated with a SEIM solution, I can see the rest of VS loggings on both however for this VS I am not able to find the support ID locally on the F5 events log
