Support ID Issue

Hi all,   I am using F5 ASM module, one of my clients get a support ID but Unfortunately I am not able to find the support ID on the search filter.   Please advise.   Thanks

Hi, if this is a recent log event, may you have forgotten to associate a local log profile in VS security policies tab such as "Log Illegal requests".
