Support ID - Response

How can we make sure that for every blocked request WAF responses the support ID to the requester/Initiator?

 

I noticed that whenever I put some invalid input it gets block on WAF by Attack Signature Detected but WAF does not response with the support ID.

 

Kindly suggest.

    Check default response page and see if it contains support id variable.

    Sorry I didn't write the complete question. Support ID are sent by WAF. But in some cases specially when there is an input field and it gets block by Attack signature detection. I noticed that whenever I put some invalid input it gets block on WAF by Attack Signature Detected but WAF does not response with the support ID.
