(StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds. Stack trace

My two LDAP server is behind LB and they have also connect to data power server. User not able to access LDAP server intermediately and face some slow responce. Mean time we have checked the server logs and found the below error. which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds. Stack trace: Is it anything related to LB, How I can confirm that this not because of LB.
