Stress testing

I'm needing to do some stress/performance testing on two F5 VE's, compared to our standard 1600 and also some other lower end off brand models. I'm looking for any tools, methodologies, processes, documents, etc that can get me started. I'm looking for email based protocols (imap, smtp, etc) to bounce against exchange servers. I was recommended MS's loagden 2010, but I can't get it to work properly so I'm looking around for other alternatives.

 

 

Any advice is greatly appreciated. I tried the search, but it isn't working for me :-(

    Thanks. So that looks like it just replicates previously captured packets and duplicates and sends them back out?

     

     

    Anyother ideas or tools to investigate?
